The Roxy, Axbridge is a not-for-profit cinema offering a diverse range of films & is run by Axbridge Film Society. Our membership is currently drawn from Axbridge, Cheddar, Winscombe and Wedmore who come to watch films in our 32-seat cinema at 36 High Street, Axbridge (the former Axbridge Lion pub).   We'd like to encourage YOU to suggest  films.  Click HERE!

We've had generous support from our foundation members, the National Lottery Awards for All & Axbridge Sports & Social club.  We thank our kind sponsors who have enabled us to equip our cinema with state of the art projection & sound equipment.  During the Summer of 2008 we will be attending to the decorative aspects of our cinema in a quest to capture the Art Deco era.  Come along & see the improvements so far!

Members of the Society benefit from reduced admission fees and access to our online and telephone reservation systems to book seats for themselves and their guests. Non-members can be admitted to the cinema, at a cost of £5 per person, if any seats remain unsold twenty minutes before the start of a performance.
